We are a local charity based in Newcastle upon Tyne’s city centre that exists to empower unemployed women, across the north east, to work. We do this by the power of high-quality clothing and one-to-one coaching, to help unemployed women fulfil their potential, get the job and transform their lives. 63% get the job within a month of their visit and 97% feel more confident after their appointment with us.
The Wellbank Foundation has kindly funded the fit out of our new Smart Works Newcastle Centre in Hadrian House. This includes funding two dressing rooms, a second coaching room and branded signage . This enhancement allows us to double the number of women we support, significantly advancing our mission to help 1,000 women a year into employment. Their support has enabled us to create a welcoming and accessible environment that our clients deserve.
